La psicolog\u00eda positiva es una rama de la psicolog\u00eda que se centra en el estudio y promoci\u00f3n de las emociones positivas, el bienestar subjetivo y las fortalezas humanas. Se ha encontrado evidencia de que la aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas terap\u00e9uticas basadas en la psicolog\u00eda positiva puede llevar a mejoras significativas en la salud mental de los individuos.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Para llevar a cabo este estudio, se reclutaron un total de 100 participantes adultos, quienes presentaban diferentes niveles de malestar psicol\u00f3gico. Los participantes fueron asignados al azar a uno de dos grupos: el grupo de intervenci\u00f3n, que recibi\u00f3 t\u00e9cnicas terap\u00e9uticas basadas en la psicolog\u00eda positiva, y el grupo control, que no recibi\u00f3 ninguna intervenci\u00f3n adicional. Positive psychology is a branch of psychology that focuses on the study and promotion of positive emotions, subjective well-being, and human strengths. Evidence has shown that the application of positive psychology-based therapeutic techniques can lead to significant improvements in individuals&#8217; mental health.<\/p><p><\/p><p>For this study, a total of 100 adult participants with varying levels of psychological distress were recruited. Participants were randomly assigned to either the intervention group, which received positive psychology-based therapeutic techniques, or the control group, which did not receive any additional intervention. Pre- and post-treatment assessments were conducted to measure levels of psychological distress, subjective well-being, and the presence of positive emotions.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Results showed that individuals who received positive psychology-based therapeutic techniques experienced a significant reduction in levels of psychological distress compared to the control group.
