Se ha demostrado que el estr\u00e9s laboral cr\u00f3nico est\u00e1 asociado con el desarrollo de enfermedades mentales, como la depresi\u00f3n y la ansiedad, as\u00ed como con problemas de salud f\u00edsica, como enfermedades cardiovasculares y trastornos del sue\u00f1o.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Factores de estr\u00e9s laboral:<\/p><p>Varios factores pueden contribuir al estr\u00e9s laboral, incluidas las altas demandas de trabajo, la falta de control sobre el trabajo, los conflictos interpersonales y la falta de apoyo social.
