References:

1. The main objective is to investigate whether the application of this therapy can have a significant impact on improving patients’ quality of life.

Introduction:

Anxiety disorders are very common mental health conditions that affect a large percentage of the population. These disorders can have a significant negative impact on the quality of life of individuals experiencing them. Cognitive-behavioral therapy has been established as an effective form of treatment for these disorders; however, there is a lack of comprehensive research regarding its relationship with quality of life.

Method:

This study was conducted using a parallel group experimental design, with a treatment group receiving cognitive-behavioral therapy and a control group receiving a placebo. A validated measure of quality of life was used to assess the outcomes.

Results:

The results indicated a significant improvement in the quality of life of patients receiving cognitive-behavioral therapy compared to the control group. Participants reported a decrease in anxiety levels, an increased ability to cope with stress, and an improvement in interpersonal relationships.

Discussion:

The findings of this study support the efficacy of cognitive-behavioral therapy as an effective treatment for anxiety disorders in terms of improving quality of life. CBT focuses on identifying and modifying negative thoughts and behaviors, which can help individuals develop healthier coping skills and promote overall life satisfaction.

Conclusions:

In conclusion, cognitive-behavioral therapy can play a crucial role in improving the quality of life of patients with anxiety disorders. This therapeutic approach can provide individuals with the necessary tools to manage their anxiety more effectively and promote a healthier and more satisfying life.

Keywords: cognitive-behavioral therapy, quality of life, anxiety disorders, treatment, CBT.

References:

1.
