En este estudio, realizamos un metaan\u00e1lisis para evaluar la efectividad de la TCC en el tratamiento de los trastornos de ansiedad, centr\u00e1ndonos en trastornos como el trastorno de ansiedad generalizada y el trastorno de ansiedad social.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Se llev\u00f3 a cabo una revisi\u00f3n exhaustiva de la literatura que incluy\u00f3 25 ensayos controlados aleatorios publicados entre 2005 y 2020. Los resultados mostraron que la TCC condujo a una reducci\u00f3n significativa de los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad en comparaci\u00f3n con los grupos de control.
