Results showed a significant reduction in anxiety symptoms post-intervention compared to control groups. Se incluyeron un total de 15 ensayos controlados aleatorizados en el an\u00e1lisis, con un enfoque en pr\u00e1cticas de mindfulness como la meditaci\u00f3n, el escaneo corporal y la respiraci\u00f3n consciente. Los resultados mostraron una reducci\u00f3n significativa en los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad post intervenci\u00f3n en comparaci\u00f3n con los grupos de control.
