A meta-analysis was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of mindfulness practices across various studies. Results indicated a significant reduction in anxiety and depression symptoms following participation in mindfulness interventions. Este art\u00edculo presenta un meta-an\u00e1lisis destinado a investigar la efectividad de las pr\u00e1cticas de mindfulness en la reducci\u00f3n de los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n. El estudio recopil\u00f3 datos de diversos estudios de investigaci\u00f3n que examinaron el impacto de las intervenciones de mindfulness en los resultados de salud mental en poblaciones adultas. Los resultados del meta-an\u00e1lisis revelaron una disminuci\u00f3n significativa en los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n entre individuos que participaron en programas de mindfulness.
