Diversos estudios han demostrado el impacto positivo de la TCC en la reducci\u00f3n de los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad y la mejora del bienestar general. Mediante el an\u00e1lisis de datos de m\u00faltiples investigaciones, este estudio tiene como objetivo brindar una visi\u00f3n integral sobre la eficacia de la TCC en el tratamiento de diferentes tipos de trastornos de ansiedad. Los resultados indican que la TCC es una intervenci\u00f3n altamente efectiva para reducir los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad y mejorar los mecanismos de afrontamiento en individuos con trastornos de ansiedad. Adem\u00e1s, se examinan los efectos a largo plazo de la TCC y su papel potencial en la prevenci\u00f3n de reca\u00eddas.
