Mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de escalas validadas para medir la resiliencia y el bienestar emocional, se recopilaron datos significativos que revelaron una correlaci\u00f3n positiva entre ambos constructos. This study aims to investigate the connection between resilience and emotional well-being in a sample of 300 young adults aged 18 to 30 years. The participants completed self-report questionnaires measuring resilience and emotional well-being. The data collected provided valuable insights into the relationship between these two constructs.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Resilience, defined as the ability to bounce back from adversity, has been increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in promoting mental health and well-being. Individuals with higher levels of resilience are better equipped to cope with stressors and challenges, leading to improved emotional outcomes.
