This article provides a comprehensive review of recent advances in the application of CBT techniques, focusing on its foundational principles, therapeutic strategies, and integration with other therapeutic modalities.<\/p><p><\/p><p>CBT is rooted in the premise that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and that by modifying maladaptive cognitive patterns and behaviors, individuals can experience significant improvements in their mental health. One of the key aspects of CBT is cognitive restructuring, which involves challenging and replacing negative thought patterns with more adaptive and realistic ones.
