En particular, los estilos de apego han sido identificados como predictores significativos de los resultados de salud mental en individuos de todas las edades. Uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s relevantes en este campo es el apego seguro, que se caracteriza por la confianza en la disponibilidad y capacidad de respuesta de las figuras de apego. La presente investigaci\u00f3n se enfoca en examinar la influencia de los estilos de apego, en particular el apego seguro, en los resultados de salud mental, centr\u00e1ndose en los niveles de ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, autoestima y satisfacci\u00f3n con la vida.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Metodolog\u00eda<\/p><p><\/p><p>Se reclut\u00f3 una muestra de 300 participantes adultos, quienes completaron cuestionarios estandarizados para evaluar sus estilos de apego y s\u00edntomas de salud mental. Se utiliz\u00f3 el Cuestionario de Apego Experiencial (ECR-R) para medir los estilos de apego, y se emplearon escalas de autoinforme para evaluar la ansiedad, la depresi\u00f3n, la autoestima y la satisfacci\u00f3n con la vida de los participantes. Se llevaron a cabo an\u00e1lisis de correlaci\u00f3n y regresi\u00f3n para examinar la relaci\u00f3n entre los estilos de apego y los resultados de salud mental.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Resultados<\/p><p><\/p><p>Los hallazgos revelaron una correlaci\u00f3n significativa entre el apego seguro y menores niveles de ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n. Asimismo, los individuos con un apego seguro presentaron niveles m\u00e1s elevados de autoestima y satisfacci\u00f3n con la vida. Estos resultados sugieren que el apego seguro desempe\u00f1a un papel crucial en la promoci\u00f3n de la salud mental y el bienestar psicol\u00f3gico de las personas.
