Se realiz\u00f3 una revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de estudios provenientes de m\u00faltiples fuentes, y un total de 20 art\u00edculos de investigaci\u00f3n fueron incluidos en el metaan\u00e1lisis. Los resultados indican una reducci\u00f3n significativa en los niveles de estr\u00e9s posterior a las intervenciones basadas en mindfulness, con tama\u00f1os de efectos variables en grupos diversos. Este art\u00edculo destaca la importancia de las pr\u00e1cticas de mindfulness en la promoci\u00f3n del bienestar mental y ofrece perspectivas sobre los posibles beneficios de incorporar estas intervenciones en enfoques terap\u00e9uticos existentes.<\/p><p><\/p><p>**Conclusiones:**<\/p><p><\/p><p>En conclusi\u00f3n, los hallazgos de este metaan\u00e1lisis respaldan la eficacia de las intervenciones basadas en mindfulness en la reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s en distintas poblaciones. La pr\u00e1ctica regular de mindfulness puede constituir una herramienta valiosa para mejorar el bienestar psicol\u00f3gico y emocional de los individuos, as\u00ed como un complemento beneficioso a las terapias convencionales.
