Las MBI, fundamentadas en pr\u00e1cticas de meditaci\u00f3n mindfulness, buscan cultivar una conciencia no cr\u00edtica de las experiencias del momento presente. Este art\u00edculo tiene como objetivo revisar la literatura existente sobre la eficacia de las MBI en la mejora de los resultados de la salud mental en diferentes poblaciones.<\/p><p><\/p><p>**Desarrollo:**<\/p><p>Varios estudios han demostrado los efectos beneficiosos de las MBI en la salud mental. Por ejemplo, la participaci\u00f3n en programas de reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s basados en mindfulness se asocia con la disminuci\u00f3n de los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n.
