By conducting a longitudinal analysis, we explore the relationship between different attachment styles (secure, anxious, avoidant) and various indicators of psychological well-being, such as self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Our findings suggest that individuals with secure attachment styles tend to exhibit higher levels of psychological well-being compared to those with anxious or avoidant attachment styles. Furthermore, we discuss the implications of these results for clinical practice and the development of intervention strategies to improve psychological well-being.

**COPY OF THE ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH**

Title: Understanding the Influence of Attachment Styles on Psychological Well-being: A Longitudinal Study

Abstract:

This study aims to investigate the impact of attachment styles on psychological well-being over time.

**Referencias**:

1.
