Esta meta-an\u00e1lisis se propone examinar de manera exhaustiva la efectividad de las intervenciones basadas en la atenci\u00f3n plena en individuos que presentan trastornos de ansiedad.<\/p><p><\/p><p>La ansiedad es una de las condiciones emocionales m\u00e1s comunes en la poblaci\u00f3n general y puede tener un impacto significativo en la calidad de vida de aquellos que la experimentan. Las intervenciones tradicionales, como la terapia cognitivo-conductual, han demostrado ser efectivas en el tratamiento de la ansiedad, pero la atenci\u00f3n plena se ha convertido en un enfoque prometedor debido a su \u00e9nfasis en la conciencia plena y la aceptaci\u00f3n de las experiencias presentes.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Al analizar un conjunto diverso de estudios que investigan el impacto de la atenci\u00f3n plena en los trastornos de ansiedad, encontramos resultados alentadores que respaldan la eficacia de estas intervenciones.
