Este metaan\u00e1lisis tiene como objetivo revisar y analizar de manera sistem\u00e1tica los estudios emp\u00edricos que investigan los efectos de las intervenciones basadas en la atenci\u00f3n plena en los resultados de salud mental, con un enfoque en los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n y estr\u00e9s.
