The practice of mindfulness was associated with reduced anxiety symptoms and increased resilience to stressors. En este estudio, nuestro objetivo fue investigar los efectos de las pr\u00e1cticas de mindfulness en la reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s y la regulaci\u00f3n emocional en individuos con trastornos de ansiedad. A trav\u00e9s de un metaan\u00e1lisis exhaustivo de investigaciones relevantes, analizamos el impacto de las intervenciones basadas en mindfulness en los resultados psicol\u00f3gicos.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Nuestros hallazgos revelaron una mejora significativa en los niveles de estr\u00e9s y la regulaci\u00f3n emocional entre los individuos que participaron en programas de mindfulness. La pr\u00e1ctica del mindfulness se asoci\u00f3 con la reducci\u00f3n de los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad y el aumento de la resiliencia ante los estresores.
