A meta-analysis was conducted on 15 randomized controlled trials, involving a total of 1,500 participants. The results indicate a significant reduction in both anxiety and depression symptoms following participation in MBIs. The findings support the efficacy of MBIs as a complementary intervention for individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. En este estudio, se realiz\u00f3 un metaan\u00e1lisis para examinar el impacto de las MBIs en la reducci\u00f3n de los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n. Se incluyeron un total de 15 ensayos controlados aleatorios, con una muestra total de 1,500 participantes. Los resultados indican una reducci\u00f3n significativa tanto en los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad como de depresi\u00f3n tras la participaci\u00f3n en las MBIs.
