Este artículo científico aborda la influencia de la terapia cognitivo-conductual (TCC) en el tratamiento de los trastornos de ansiedad. Diversos estudios han demostrado el impacto positivo de la TCC en la reducción de los síntomas de ansiedad y la mejora del bienestar general. Mediante el análisis de datos de múltiples investigaciones, este estudio tiene como objetivo brindar una visión integral sobre la eficacia de la TCC en el tratamiento de diferentes tipos de trastornos de ansiedad. Los resultados indican que la TCC es una intervención altamente efectiva para reducir los síntomas de ansiedad y mejorar los mecanismos de afrontamiento en individuos con trastornos de ansiedad. Además, se examinan los efectos a largo plazo de la TCC y su papel potencial en la prevención de recaídas. Los hallazgos resaltan la importancia de incorporar la TCC en los protocolos de tratamiento para los trastornos de ansiedad con el fin de mejorar los resultados y apoyar la recuperación a largo plazo.
