Este artículo tiene como objetivo explorar los efectos de la música en el estado de ánimo y la salud mental de las personas. Se realizaron investigaciones en diferentes poblaciones para examinar cómo la música puede influir en las emociones, el estrés y la ansiedad. Además, se analizaron los mecanismos neurofisiológicos que explican estos efectos. Los hallazgos sugieren que la música puede tener un impacto positivo en el bienestar psicológico y, por lo tanto, puede ser utilizada como una herramienta terapéutica efectiva en el tratamiento de diversos trastornos mentales.
